I needed my ignition tumbler replaced and I didn't want to go to a dealership not only because of their prices but availability. Not only did Benjamin answer his phone within a ring or two but he met up with me within 10 minutes and get a great job and not only did I get that fixed but I also decided to purchase a spare key for my truck as well. I have never gone through a locksmith before and after my experience with BDS I think this is the way that I will go from now on. Professional, Great timing, definitely knows what he's doing, his prices are definitely competitive and step by step informative. If I could give more stars I would.
