We were locked out Friday afternoon. Sent a request on Yelp. Benjamin was first to respond. He immediately gave the quote 95$ and when I asked for ETA responded quickly as 30 mins. He arrived faster than the estimated time. It took about 3-5 mins to unlock without breaking any part. He verified my ID before doing the work. He gave me choice of Venmo , zelle, cash for payment options. I paid him via zelle using phone.

He makes sure the key fob working and customer is happy. Key has 90 days warranty, so will see whether is still working fine by then.
