Lost my only set of keyfob. Called Benjamin around 6 PM. He called me back around 6:45 PM saying he could be at my car in 20 minutes. Met him at my car. Took 30 mins to get into my car and build a new hard key and working key fob. Lifesaver! Would have spent money on towing the car to the dealership and paying for the replacement keyfob then.

Ben was able to come quickly (within 24 hours) from my first call. He verified, in person, that I was the home owner (a security step I appreciated). He was personable and polite, asking it he could enter the house before doing so. He worked fast, checking his work and then asking me to do so as well so he knew I was satisfied.
