We were locked out Friday afternoon. Sent a request on Yelp. Benjamin was first to respond. He immediately gave the quote 95$ and when I asked for ETA responded quickly as 30 mins. He arrived faster than the estimated time. It took about 3-5 mins to unlock without breaking any part. He verified my ID before doing the work. He gave me choice of Venmo , zelle, cash for payment options. I paid him via zelle using phone.

Called BDS at around 9 AM in the morning and was able to get 5 locks re-keyed in my home with 7 keys made by 1:15 PM the same day! He did all of this in less than 45 minutes!
