We were locked out Friday afternoon. Sent a request on Yelp. Benjamin was first to respond. He immediately gave the quote 95$ and when I asked for ETA responded quickly as 30 mins. He arrived faster than the estimated time. It took about 3-5 mins to unlock without breaking any part. He verified my ID before doing the work. He gave me choice of Venmo , zelle, cash for payment options. I paid him via zelle using phone.

Was impressed with the service speed and communication. Will definitely call if i need his services again no questions asked. Price was more then reasonable for everything all together. Called Ben about my door lock locking but not unlocking (great way to lock yourself out). Figured I'd be scheduling an appt. but to my surprise he offered to come over in the evening. Took about 10-15mins and I had a working lock again. Thanks Ben for the awesome availability, savvy work, and great advice for planning the next breakdown!

My name is mark, Someone walking by my house stole the key out of my motorcycle. I called BDS locksmith After being turned down by 5 other locksmiths I had called, he was at my house the next day. I needed my ignition tumbler replaced and I didn't want to go to a dealership not only because of their prices but availability. Not only did Benjamin answer his phone within a ring or two but he met up with me within 10 minutes and get a great job and not only did I get that fixed but I also decided to purchase a spare key for my truck as well. I have never gone through a locksmith before and after my experience with BDS I think this is the way that I will go from now on. I was looking for a spare key locksmith and this happened to be the 2nd business I called, the first one was too expensive. Called at roughly 12pm, Ben said he'd be at my house from 1p - 2p to get it done. Ben arrived at 1pm on the dot, very punctual - it took him about 45 minutes to make a spare key for my Mercedes and that's including making a copy of the manual key entry as well. Paid through Venmo and he went on his way. I'm very satisfied with the service, he even stuck around to make sure all the buttons worked correctly.

The tech copied a lost key for me. But didn't explain that if I found the old one, using it would disable the car. I called him back stranded down town. He said it would be difficult to get down here and not possible to fix without his diagnostic equipment. After waiting for this guy for an hour I decided to check it out myself. Google had a procedure that fix it for free and with out any specialized tools. Hhmmm
