I was looking for a spare key locksmith and this happened to be the 2nd business I called, the first one was too expensive. Called at roughly 12pm, Ben said he'd be at my house from 1p - 2p to get it done. Ben arrived at 1pm on the dot, very punctual - it took him about 45 minutes to make a spare key for my Mercedes and that's including making a copy of the manual key entry as well. Paid through Venmo and he went on his way. I'm very satisfied with the service, he even stuck around to make sure all the buttons worked correctly.

I needed my ignition tumbler replaced and I didn't want to go to a dealership not only because of their prices but availability. Not only did Benjamin answer his phone within a ring or two but he met up with me within 10 minutes and get a great job and not only did I get that fixed but I also decided to purchase a spare key for my truck as well. I have never gone through a locksmith before and after my experience with BDS I think this is the way that I will go from now on. Professional, Great timing, definitely knows what he's doing, his prices are definitely competitive and step by step informative. If I could give more stars I would. Benjamin is a savior! I needed replacement keys urgently and he gave me a same day appointment with the best quote. In comparison, Hyundai dealership was charging 3x more, asking to get the car towed and it was going to take 5 days! Benjamin came onsite and was quick, professional and had a mask on the entire time. Highly recommend him if you are in a spot and need a key urgently.

We were locked out Friday afternoon. Sent a request on Yelp. Benjamin was first to respond. He immediately gave the quote 95$ and when I asked for ETA responded quickly as 30 mins. He arrived faster than the estimated time. It took about 3-5 mins to unlock without breaking any part. He verified my ID before doing the work. He gave me choice of Venmo , zelle, cash for payment options. I paid him via zelle using phone.

The tech copied a lost key for me. But didn't explain that if I found the old one, using it would disable the car. I called him back stranded down town. He said it would be difficult to get down here and not possible to fix without his diagnostic equipment. After waiting for this guy for an hour I decided to check it out myself. Google had a procedure that fix it for free and with out any specialized tools. Hhmmm

Called BDS at around 9 AM in the morning and was able to get 5 locks re-keyed in my home with 7 keys made by 1:15 PM the same day! He did all of this in less than 45 minutes! I appreciate the professionalism that Benjamin from BDS Locksmith provided. He informed me of when he would be at my home when he was delayed. I called Ben this morning and got an appointment the same day. He was early for our meeting and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. Super friendly and reasonably priced. I have been trying to get a back up car key for years. Ben made me a new key out of his van! Highly recommend.

Ben was able to come quickly (within 24 hours) from my first call. He verified, in person, that I was the home owner (a security step I appreciated). He was personable and polite, asking it he could enter the house before doing so. He worked fast, checking his work and then asking me to do so as well so he knew I was satisfied. I haven’t used many locksmiths for comparison but I was very happy with Ben/BDS Locksmith.

Lost my only set of keyfob. Called Benjamin around 6 PM. He called me back around 6:45 PM saying he could be at my car in 20 minutes. Met him at my car. Took 30 mins to get into my car and build a new hard key and working key fob. Lifesaver! Would have spent money on towing the car to the dealership and paying for the replacement keyfob then.
