We were locked out Friday afternoon. Sent a request on Yelp. Benjamin was first to respond. He immediately gave the quote 95$ and when I asked for ETA responded quickly as 30 mins. He arrived faster than the estimated time. It took about 3-5 mins to unlock without breaking any part. He verified my ID before doing the work. He gave me choice of Venmo , zelle, cash for payment options. I paid him via zelle using phone.

Benjamin is a savior! I needed replacement keys urgently and he gave me a same day appointment with the best quote. In comparison, Hyundai dealership was charging 3x more, asking to get the car towed and it was going to take 5 days! Benjamin came onsite and was quick, professional and had a mask on the entire time. Highly recommend him if you are in a spot and need a key urgently.

Ben was great! I needed his help to program a 2nd keyless entry fob for my minivan. We coordinated by Google Business Messages text, where we discussed the make, model, and scheduling. He was super responsive by text and answered all my questions, before I committed to scheduling appointment. He was willing to come over immediately, but I wasn't in a rush. We scheduled for a convenient time, and Ben observed social distance in my driveway. Ben wore a mask, and completed the task within 15 minutes, including cutting the spare key. Felt super safe. I called bds when I lost my keys to my 2007 Corolla, they came quick and were able to program and cut 2 new keys with a keyless entry remote. It only cost a fraction of what the dealer would’ve charged. Bds helped me quickly resolve a frustrating situation I would highly recommend.

The tech copied a lost key for me. But didn't explain that if I found the old one, using it would disable the car. I called him back stranded down town. He said it would be difficult to get down here and not possible to fix without his diagnostic equipment. After waiting for this guy for an hour I decided to check it out myself. Google had a procedure that fix it for free and with out any specialized tools. Hhmmm

My name is mark, Someone walking by my house stole the key out of my motorcycle. I called BDS locksmith After being turned down by 5 other locksmiths I had called, he was at my house the next day. I needed my ignition tumbler replaced and I didn't want to go to a dealership not only because of their prices but availability. Not only did Benjamin answer his phone within a ring or two but he met up with me within 10 minutes and get a great job and not only did I get that fixed but I also decided to purchase a spare key for my truck as well. I have never gone through a locksmith before and after my experience with BDS I think this is the way that I will go from now on. Super! I called on a Saturday & Benjamin came the same day to change out the lock on my mailbox. He was very communicative & kept me updated on when he would arrive. He was also very quick and efficient! I can highly recommend.
