Lost my only set of keyfob. Called Benjamin around 6 PM. He called me back around 6:45 PM saying he could be at my car in 20 minutes. Met him at my car. Took 30 mins to get into my car and build a new hard key and working key fob. Lifesaver! Would have spent money on towing the car to the dealership and paying for the replacement keyfob then.

I used BDS to get a new key fob for my Prius. He showed up on time, was very quick and efficient. Charged me exactly what he quoted over the phone even when the programming took a bit more time than expected. Highly recommend.

We were locked out Friday afternoon. Sent a request on Yelp. Benjamin was first to respond. He immediately gave the quote 95$ and when I asked for ETA responded quickly as 30 mins. He arrived faster than the estimated time. It took about 3-5 mins to unlock without breaking any part. He verified my ID before doing the work. He gave me choice of Venmo , zelle, cash for payment options. I paid him via zelle using phone.

Someone took a screwdriver to my sister-in-law's 1997 Honda CRV in front of our house and ruined the lock. I called bds when I lost my keys to my 2007 Corolla, they came quick and were able to program and cut 2 new keys with a keyless entry remote. It only cost a fraction of what the dealer would’ve charged. Bds helped me quickly resolve a frustrating situation I would highly recommend.

Ben was able to come quickly (within 24 hours) from my first call. He verified, in person, that I was the home owner (a security step I appreciated). He was personable and polite, asking it he could enter the house before doing so. He worked fast, checking his work and then asking me to do so as well so he knew I was satisfied. I got Benjamin's contact from my friend who made spare key fob and emergency key for his car. Ben arrives on time and really customer-oriented businessman. He makes sure the key fob working and customer is happy. Key has 90 days warranty, so will see whether is still working fine by then.
