To help confirm his estimate, he also asked for a picture of the mailbox lock. I was thrilled that he was able to come right away. One thing I noticed immediately was his van; it looked very professional and it was very clear that he seemed prepared for any locksmith situation required. Benjamin was able to resolve our mailbox lock situation relatively quickly.

  Excellent service. I could not find a locksmith to make skeleton keys, and once I found BDS, I discovered they are able to help with any type of key. Friendly staff and very good service.

  I asked Yelp for a quote. Benjamin replied quickly, and he not only asked for the model year of the car, but also gave me the exact cost right away. His price was much better compared to the quote I got a year ago from another locksmith, probably because last time I needed an emergency roadside service while this time my time is more flexible.

He arrived on the same day within the time range we agreed on. He called 25 mins before he arrived at my place to give me a heads-up, and called again when he arrived. He finished the job quickly and didn't show impatience when I took some time to find the car registration/insurance info. The overall process was very smooth. Highly recommended!

  Excellent service all the way around. We had to change our locks immediately and BDS was very responsive and knew our situation was urgent. Guess what? Didnt even charge us extra or take advantage at all. Another locksmith wanted to charge additional $200 knowing we needed immediate help. But BDS took care of us and the work is quality too.   Benjamin was so quick at responding as well as with his work. It took less than 10min for him to program a new key fob for my husband. 10/10 would recommend.

  I was locked out of my vehicle because my keys were lost. I had two new fobs made and duplicate house keys with mail box keys made as well.

Service was quick and reasonable as l got four keys and two fobs for less than the dealer would have changed just for one fob.

One aside it seems there is one standard rate for car lockout no matter the locksmith.
