Ben was great! I needed his help to program a 2nd keyless entry fob for my minivan. We coordinated by Google Business Messages text, where we discussed the make, model, and scheduling. He was super responsive by text and answered all my questions, before I committed to scheduling appointment. He was willing to come over immediately, but I wasn't in a rush. We scheduled for a convenient time, and Ben observed social distance in my driveway. Ben wore a mask, and completed the task within 15 minutes, including cutting the spare key. Felt super safe. Benjamin is a savior! I needed replacement keys urgently and he gave me a same day appointment with the best quote. In comparison, Hyundai dealership was charging 3x more, asking to get the car towed and it was going to take 5 days! Benjamin came onsite and was quick, professional and had a mask on the entire time. Highly recommend him if you are in a spot and need a key urgently.

The tech copied a lost key for me. But didn't explain that if I found the old one, using it would disable the car. I called him back stranded down town. He said it would be difficult to get down here and not possible to fix without his diagnostic equipment. After waiting for this guy for an hour I decided to check it out myself. Google had a procedure that fix it for free and with out any specialized tools. Hhmmm

I was looking for a spare key locksmith and this happened to be the 2nd business I called, the first one was too expensive. Called at roughly 12pm, Ben said he'd be at my house from 1p - 2p to get it done. Ben arrived at 1pm on the dot, very punctual - it took him about 45 minutes to make a spare key for my Mercedes and that's including making a copy of the manual key entry as well. Paid through Venmo and he went on his way. I'm very satisfied with the service, he even stuck around to make sure all the buttons worked correctly.

We were locked out Friday afternoon. Sent a request on Yelp. Benjamin was first to respond. He immediately gave the quote 95$ and when I asked for ETA responded quickly as 30 mins. He arrived faster than the estimated time. It took about 3-5 mins to unlock without breaking any part. He verified my ID before doing the work. He gave me choice of Venmo , zelle, cash for payment options. I paid him via zelle using phone.

Someone took a screwdriver to my sister-in-law's 1997 Honda CRV in front of our house and ruined the lock. I reached out to Benjamin for help and he gave me an immediate quote via text, ordered the new part, and showed up on time to swap things out. This was all taken care of within the week. He was even able to rekey the replacement car lock so she could use her old key. He threw in a brand new key + lubricated all of the locks for free.
