Ben was great! I needed his help to program a 2nd keyless entry fob for my minivan. We coordinated by Google Business Messages text, where we discussed the make, model, and scheduling. He was super responsive by text and answered all my questions, before I committed to scheduling appointment. He was willing to come over immediately, but I wasn't in a rush. We scheduled for a convenient time, and Ben observed social distance in my driveway. Ben wore a mask, and completed the task within 15 minutes, including cutting the spare key. Felt super safe. Benjamin is a savior! I needed replacement keys urgently and he gave me a same day appointment with the best quote. In comparison, Hyundai dealership was charging 3x more, asking to get the car towed and it was going to take 5 days! Ben was able to come quickly (within 24 hours) from my first call. He verified, in person, that I was the home owner (a security step I appreciated). He was personable and polite, asking it he could enter the house before doing so. He worked fast, checking his work and then asking me to do so as well so he knew I was satisfied. I haven’t used many locksmiths for comparison but I was very happy with Ben/BDS Locksmith.
