Lost my only set of keyfob. Called Benjamin around 6 PM. He called me back around 6:45 PM saying he could be at my car in 20 minutes. Met him at my car. Took 30 mins to get into my car and build a new hard key and working key fob. Lifesaver! Would have spent money on towing the car to the dealership and paying for the replacement keyfob then.

Called Ben about my door lock locking but not unlocking (great way to lock yourself out). Figured I'd be scheduling an appt. but to my surprise he offered to come over in the evening. I was looking for a spare key locksmith and this happened to be the 2nd business I called, the first one was too expensive. Called at roughly 12pm, Ben said he'd be at my house from 1p - 2p to get it done. Ben arrived at 1pm on the dot, very punctual - it took him about 45 minutes to make a spare key for my Mercedes and that's including making a copy of the manual key entry as well. Paid through Venmo and he went on his way. I'm very satisfied with the service, he even stuck around to make sure all the buttons worked correctly.

I needed my ignition tumbler replaced and I didn't want to go to a dealership not only because of their prices but availability. Not only did Benjamin answer his phone within a ring or two but he met up with me within 10 minutes and get a great job and not only did I get that fixed but I also decided to purchase a spare key for my truck as well. I have never gone through a locksmith before and after my experience with BDS I think this is the way that I will go from now on. Professional, Great timing, definitely knows what he's doing, his prices are definitely competitive and step by step informative. If I could give more stars I would. The tech copied a lost key for me. But didn't explain that if I found the old one, using it would disable the car. I called him back stranded down town. He said it would be difficult to get down here and not possible to fix without his diagnostic equipment. After waiting for this guy for an hour I decided to check it out myself. Google had a procedure that fix it for free and with out any specialized tools. Hhmmm

Ben was able to come quickly (within 24 hours) from my first call. He verified, in person, that I was the home owner (a security step I appreciated). He was personable and polite, asking it he could enter the house before doing so. He worked fast, checking his work and then asking me to do so as well so he knew I was satisfied. I haven’t used many locksmiths for comparison but I was very happy with Ben/BDS Locksmith.

Ben was great! I needed his help to program a 2nd keyless entry fob for my minivan. We coordinated by Google Business Messages text, where we discussed the make, model, and scheduling. He was super responsive by text and answered all my questions, before I committed to scheduling appointment. He was willing to come over immediately, but I wasn't in a rush. We scheduled for a convenient time, and Ben observed social distance in my driveway. Ben wore a mask, and completed the task within 15 minutes, including cutting the spare key. Felt super safe. I got Benjamin's contact from my friend who made spare key fob and emergency key for his car. Ben arrives on time and really customer-oriented businessman. He makes sure the key fob working and customer is happy. Key has 90 days warranty, so will see whether is still working fine by then.

I called bds when I lost my keys to my 2007 Corolla, they came quick and were able to program and cut 2 new keys with a keyless entry remote. It only cost a fraction of what the dealer would’ve charged. Bds helped me quickly resolve a frustrating situation I would highly recommend.
