Called Ben about my door lock locking but not unlocking (great way to lock yourself out). Figured I'd be scheduling an appt. but to my surprise he offered to come over in the evening. Took about 10-15mins and I had a working lock again. Thanks Ben for the awesome availability, savvy work, and great advice for planning the next breakdown!

The tech copied a lost key for me. But didn't explain that if I found the old one, using it would disable the car. I called him back stranded down town. He said it would be difficult to get down here and not possible to fix without his diagnostic equipment. After waiting for this guy for an hour I decided to check it out myself. Google had a procedure that fix it for free and with out any specialized tools. Hhmmm
