Someone took a screwdriver to my sister-in-law's 1997 Honda CRV in front of our house and ruined the lock. We were locked out Friday afternoon. Sent a request on Yelp. Benjamin was first to respond. He immediately gave the quote 95$ and when I asked for ETA responded quickly as 30 mins. He arrived faster than the estimated time. It took about 3-5 mins to unlock without breaking any part. He verified my ID before doing the work. He gave me choice of Venmo , zelle, cash for payment options. I paid him via zelle using phone.
