Ben was great! I needed his help to program a 2nd keyless entry fob for my minivan. We coordinated by Google Business Messages text, where we discussed the make, model, and scheduling. He was super responsive by text and answered all my questions, before I committed to scheduling appointment. He was willing to come over immediately, but I wasn't in a rush. We scheduled for a convenient time, and Ben observed social distance in my driveway. Ben wore a mask, and completed the task within 15 minutes, including cutting the spare key. Felt super safe. Benjamin is a savior! I needed replacement keys urgently and he gave me a same day appointment with the best quote. In comparison, Hyundai dealership was charging 3x more, asking to get the car towed and it was going to take 5 days! I was looking for a spare key locksmith and this happened to be the 2nd business I called, the first one was too expensive. Called at roughly 12pm, Ben said he'd be at my house from 1p - 2p to get it done. Ben arrived at 1pm on the dot, very punctual - it took him about 45 minutes to make a spare key for my Mercedes and that's including making a copy of the manual key entry as well. Paid through Venmo and he went on his way. I'm very satisfied with the service, he even stuck around to make sure all the buttons worked correctly.
