The tech copied a lost key for me. But didn't explain that if I found the old one, using it would disable the car. I called him back stranded down town. He said it would be difficult to get down here and not possible to fix without his diagnostic equipment. After waiting for this guy for an hour I decided to check it out myself. Google had a procedure that fix it for free and with out any specialized tools. Hhmmm

I called bds when I lost my keys to my 2007 Corolla, they came quick and were able to program and cut 2 new keys with a keyless entry remote. It only cost a fraction of what the dealer would’ve charged. Bds helped me quickly resolve a frustrating situation I would highly recommend.

We were locked out Friday afternoon. Sent a request on Yelp. Benjamin was first to respond. He immediately gave the quote 95$ and when I asked for ETA responded quickly as 30 mins. He arrived faster than the estimated time. It took about 3-5 mins to unlock without breaking any part. He verified my ID before doing the work. He gave me choice of Venmo , zelle, cash for payment options. I paid him via zelle using phone.
